Volte not working

Hello guys I'm using my s24 ultra for like a year now and the volte didn't work since the start I thought it was an operator issue (I use Grameenphone operator -Prepaid E-sim & I'm an user from Bangladesh but my phone is Singapore Variant)

So it makes it very much difficult for me when I'm outside using data ..everytime I receive an incoming call the network just cuts off and switches to 2G network 😑. Can anyone provide me any solution plz.

Check if u have enabled volte

That's enabled on my phone from the first , I have my old phone which is Samsung Galaxy A71 and volte works fine in it

Are you able to share a screenshot of the Access Point names screen? Because this sounds like an issue with the APN settings.
