VoNR on S23 Ultra

I just wonder why the VoNR feature not yet made available on S23 Ultra. Whereas, the middle range phones of Samsung now have VoNR.

Is there any way to activate or its just the feature is still not available?

VoNR is Voice over New Radio is a high speed 5g wireless communication standard. It is just similar to VoLTE (4g).
