Vibration not working

Hi

My phone went in for Crack damage repairs and since I received it a day ago the vibration on my fine doesn't seem to work. My vibration setting is on even while the phone is on sound mode. 

I tried sailing *#0*# and it doesn't seems to work. 

Please help?
