Very BAD Samsung

Hallo I recently booked my phone for repairs at TT3 Authorized Service center in Port Elizabeth, South Africa! It went in for Software Repair, after a update failed! 

Toral cost R1380.00, for a new Battery and OS installation.

Battery not Replaced

Rooted Firmware

Phone not Black as on Samsung portal with imei adding

Screen overheating ,new frame, new buttons, phone is over 4years old, never repaired 

Cameras not focusing

Device is even millimeters smaller ( not a tight fit in my pouch 

This phone was on contract from Vodacom
