Vertical line on S22 Ultra

After paying 1.2 lacs for Samsung S22 Ultra, there is vertical line on screen for which they refuse to repair it for free giving excuses this is not covered under policy it has to horizontal line, it has to be green line and asking for 24 thousand

for repairing. This issue happened yesterday all of sudden and it not my fault still samsung is refusing to repair it free of cost under policy. This is cheating and i will complain to consumer court. What's the use to getting into samsung eco system by getting phone, watch, earphones when you want to harrass people by giving excuses if line is vertical it is not covered in policy, if it that color it is not covered in policy. What the hell, line is line it should not matter if it is horizontal or vertical there is issue in your hardware and you know it and you refuse to acknowledge it and repair it.

Sir Samsung recently announced free screen replacement for s22 ultra display but you need a proper invoice for that

I have the invoice. They refuse to repair it under this policy stating it is vertical line and not horizontal one. They don't want to honor their own policy.

Sir, I have read the policy, and there is no mention of vertical or horizontal lines. It only mentions the green line issue, not the direction of the line. I love Samsung, but their service in India is getting worse!!

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Please go to main page of Samsung Members App, click support, click feedback, click error report then follow instructions on screen. Log files automatically send by system immediately after send error report but don't close Samsung Members App during this process untill complete. I also got the same issue after software update but they are saying it's chargeable and not free of cost.They don't have any solution
