Started having this green line on screen 3 days before on my S20+. Phone was left on the table & this line appeared in the morning. No physical damage was done to the phone. Warranty had expired in Nov 2021, service center took no responsibility and asked for 20k for replacing the display which is insane. Phone is not eligible for exchange even on Samsung shop. Spoke to customer care that you should offer atleast some value. It's unfair for me to throw away 50k I invested in this phone or add another 20k for no fault of mine. This problem is faced by several other users, yet it's not recognized as manufacturing defect.
Samsung needs to improve the user experience and respect the price factor. The price of spares individually exceeds the phone cost multiple times. They are trying to make profit out of phone repair instead of treating it as a responsibility.
Switching to One +10, since they are not offering any exchange price, they themself have put there phone worth to Zero.
Was never comfortable with the processor anyway. Low end Exynoss over Snapdragon in a flagship phone... Games keeps crashing, gallery loads slowly, hangs sometime among the rest. Complained for that also and was told to reduce disk storage & format the phone. As if restoring the phone is more simple the shifting home.

You should share your experience on social media, especially on Twitter. Remember to tag Samsung India ceo and all the famous tech youtubers in India.
Many are facing this issue as far as I know. Give it publicity so that Samsung will own their mistake just like they did for Exynos 9611 issue.

I suggest you repair the screen at some local shop with second quality display and then try to exchange it on Amazon. By this way you can recover some money that you invested.

Service center is asking rs16000 as replacement of screen of s20plus
