Urgent -- Proximity sensor issue in S20 FE

The proximity sensor for my S20 FE sometimes fails to turn off the touch screen during voice calls when ear is close to the screen, also it failes while kept in pocket only especially when my phone is connected with Bluetooth headset (Realme wired headset). This issue is faced daily in terms of frequency of occurrence 

I believe others might be facing same issue with their proximity sensor, request you to ++ ur inputs.

There is no physical proximity sensor on S20fe. It has a virtual sensor and such sensors are not so perfect.

A software update should fix it because it's entirely based on software.
