I'm on One UI 8.0 beta version with the September security update, and my phone is an S24. It hasn't received any updates since September. My question to all Samsung users is: can I get the stable version of One UI even though I'm running on beta? Please answer if you know.

Don't worry for the Software Updates. You will get till one ui 14. Which is almost six One UI updates.

Last update i got is September security patch, since then I didn't get any updates. Still I'm on one ui 8 beta.

Don't worry There is Problem with your Phone You can Try Factory Reset your phone and Backup Your Phone data through Samsung Cloud. Thank you

I don't want to lose my data, can I get a solution without loosing my data, and is that any guarantee that if I did factory reset my s24 start getting updates.

Dear Mam,

Kindly Go to Samsung Cloud Application and access this option, navigate to and open Settings, then tap your Samsung account name at the top of the screen the Tap the Samsung Cloud and then tap backup Data
It will Backup all your Mobile data including photos , apps , call history but remember to recover your Whatsapp Chat in a gmail id go to Whatsapp and go to settinga go to chat and privacy and Click to gmail id and select your account then backup now so they
