Updates issue

As compared to iPhone, samsung has very poor approach towards updates. I was using iPhone from last 5 yrs and i was never disappointed regards software updates. Iphone pushes new updates every Tuesday and Saturday to its every eligible phone, but samsung shows discrimination also software update approach is very poor, 

I'm feeling bad that why I switch from iPhone to samsung if samsung can't satisfied it's customer. Problems are as such.

1. More than one week s23 ultra is facing zoom blurry issue no update till now. RnD of samsung is sleeping.

2. Till the time no update of one ui7 beta.

 this what the samsung is.

Absolutely
that's majorly because when iPhone releases 16 series. They don't release iPhone a56, iPhone f56, iPhone m56.
They have one single running series at a point.
On the other hand samsung has to monitor several series.
Team size for each series is definitely smaller than whole apple team working on a single series.

Does Samsung have a more dedicated customer base comparable to Apple? Apple's longevity in the market can be attributed to its consistent security patch updates, exceptional customer service, and durable phones. I have not come across any instances of Apple mobile motherboards failing. Even in 2024, individuals in rural areas who are advised to purchase Samsung phones often express concerns about their tendency to hang frequently. It seems that a significant number of people opt for iPhones. It would be beneficial for Samsung to take these factors into consideration.

I believe if the they stop baking lower end models, they can achieve better heights in terms of software stability as it will mean more team dedicated for higher end phones which people usually pay hefty amounts for!
