I am Using samsung Galaxy s20+  Exynos variant.  (SM- G985F/Ds). I haven't received any update since January. Currently I am stuck on One Ui 3.0.  I haven't got any security update since December.

CLEAR DATA OF SOFTWARE UPDATE (BOTH APPS)
SETTINGS > APPS > CLICK ON 3BARS > ENABLE SHOW SYSTEM APPS > SOFTWARE UPDATE NAMED APP > STORAGE > CLEAR DATA

AFTER THIS RESTART(REBOOT) YOUR DEVICE ONCE

NOW CHECK STILL NOT SHOWING ??

IF NOT THEN VISIT SERVICE CENTER AND GET UPDATE YOUR DEVICE SOFTWARE

Just connect ur phone to computer and open smart switch and check wthr u have update or no

Try Vicke's solution if still it doesnt work hard format your phone and then try..

Just go to settings-Security-other Security settings- secure phone with software update policy or Settings- General management- reset-reset all settings. Hope this will work ,thanks.
