That is why iPhones have a good reputation, however backward they are compared to other companies and unreasonable with their prices and service; at least their customers do not have this level of dissatisfaction.

Their updates arrive on time, though with limited features.

Waiting for an update is very frustrating, more so than what Apple does.

Sad to say, but Apple truly deserves all the hype it has.

Seeing the server errors, I definitely thought that samsung is pushing the update to the servers, little did we know they were pushing the disappointments over there. Totally a waste of time.
