Update problem

My friend gifted me Samsung galaxy s23 ultra. But I am not getting updates on my phone. What should I do now?(This phone is us variant and I live in Bangladesh)

is it carrier locked?
cause if you move out of your carrier and use different sim provider that might block the updates


or use samsung's official smart switch on pc
it will push the update just like the ota

Just go to service centre and ask them to update it to latest version.
