I have S8+ (SM-G955U). I am using in Bangladesh. In my phone i can't update my software to one ui even though don't get any security patch update. i am so dissappoint about it.Whenever i go to manually it always shown processing failed. My current version android 8.0 and patch july 2018

Contact support and initiate live chat.. they may be able to help. This might probably be a region related issue

I  didn't purchase from india. i bought from china. but i am using it in Bangladesh.

Go to the Get help section and Press the send feedback option in the Samsung members app and ask your respective questions. Hope this helps buddy
