It was release Europe already, n India beta user got stable update so I think just wait for two or three days you will be get Android 12 one UI 4 update soon on Galaxy S20 Series😍

If you know how to to manually flash via Odin so download the new software at same mobile website and flash it manually, via Odin flash it's official
