Updates give a new and refreshing experience to the users. Also everyone else getting the features we cannot access due to no update adds to the frustration. Also, Samsung is supposed to be a tech giant. Not being able to keep up with other brands on software front is disappointing for the company. Hance users are waiting for the update.
