Unnecessary files are downloading automatically

Can anyone tell me what are these files and they are not opening. I had deleted more than 1000 files like those from last 1 week

I think you should factory reset your phone one time then it will fixed ...
It was happened with me back when I have a oppo phone in that apps suddenly pop ups so I do it and the problem solved ..
