Unknown call with letter N and with title uninstalled apps, missed calls

Today, I received a call from an unknown number. The text below the number indicated that I had uninstalled apps and missed calls. However, there was no number associated with the call, only the letter "N". I am unsure what this means and would appreciate any insights you may have.

Called airtel but they had no idea

I think its bug. Hope so
Because this days samsung device have soo many bugs and issues .I just ignore this

It's mainly carrier problem because you got text message in phone app.
