We are using Developer options only to reduce the animation scale from 1 to 0.5(refer to the attachment). But when we enable the developer option, we are not able to use government related apps and bank related apps. They are forcing us to disable the developer option, which automatically turn off the animation setting and back to the default setting of 1. So please forward this to the developer team to bring the animation scale to the main settings. So that we will not use developer options, it also it helps us to use all the apps without any issue.

I didn't say it's samsung fault. For security reasons, banking apps and government apps protect the use of apps. It's not difficult for developers to bring the animation scale settings to general settings. We already have one setting, Reduce Animation, but if we enable it, it's totally diable animation, which doesn't look good. In the same setting itself, they can add the choice of choosing the scale like 0, 0.25, 0.5, and 1 like that..
