Un able to enter in boot menu

Plug in a wired earphone and try again. I know this sounds weird but just try.

I did but it's not working but someone told me to connect USB to laptop than try

Well, Samsung has stopped it few years ago.

Before stopping, they should mentioned any reasons behind this .bcoz in budget phone it's not happening.

Ya right they should make their decisions transparent so that we feel better involved with it. Btw did the usb thing work for you ?

Dear I haven't tried yet but as I think it's work bcoz I did all the possible ways except usb option.its it's not work than it's mean there is something wrong with my handset.i will mention soon whether it's work for me or not
