Galaxy SHi, Shaheenm apologies for the inconvenience caused, kindly clear cache on the Galaxy app store.
Follow the steps below to do this:
- From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
- Select Settings.
- Select Apps.
- Tap on the 3 dots on the upper right.
- Select Show system Apps.
- Select Galaxy App.
- Select Storage.
- Select Clear Cache.
- Mark as New

Galaxy SKindly backup your data and reset your phone to factory.
- From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
- Select Settings.
- Select Cloud and Accounts
- Tap on Backup and Restore
- Select Backup.
You can also backup and update using Samsung Smart switch. Please see Smart switch link: https://www.samsung.com/za/support/smart-switch/ Install the program on your computer and connect your phone to your computer using an Original Samsung cable and follow the prompts.
- From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
- Select Settings.
- Select General Management.
- Select Reset.
- Select Factory data Reset.
- Tap Reset.
