MY SAMSUNG S10 PLUS SECURITY UPDATE IS STILL ON DECEMBER 2022. IS THERE ANY LATEST SECURITY PATCH UPDATE?. IF ANY HOW CAN I FORCE UPDATE?

I have changed to TMB but nothing and I changed to Verizon and says updates are temporarily unavailable. So I have left the phone on TMB

But when I read from various sites it shows there is 2023 March security patch. While mine is stuck on December 2022 security patch
