Around a week ago I wrote about the issue that I had with my Samsung S20 Ultra Camera Module which was facing condensation problem inside the Camera Lens. So I took it to nearby Samsung Service Centre as soon as I could and didn't use the device until then.  After taking it to the service center and depositing my phone, I got a call that there is a issue with my charging port as well and the phone was not charging, weird for a device that was unboxed just a week ago huh?? My phone was not replaced but they resolved the issue under warranty. However, after my device was returned to me I took it home checked that the issue is resolved. thankfully there was no problem with the device whatsoever, but then when I was cleaning the back of my phone to put it in a case that I purchased I noticed dust particles inside the camera lens, like what the hell samsung??? Returned the phone right back to the service center. Pretty disappointed with the service even after investing a good chunk of money on a smartphone. Will surely think twice before buying samsung product in the future.

You should have Opted for "Replacement" when SC made sure it was hardware issue.

I would have opted for replacement but it had been more than 14 Days already.

I really wish it wouldn't have been more than 14 Days. I would have exchanged or replaced the device without a second thought. Hard luck I guess. Anyways samsung fixed the autofocus issue with software updates.
