I was using beta version and received a new update couple of days before informing the beta testing is closed.
So the Stable version will be released soon. Samsung has already released the list of eligible devices along with possible release date in notices.

In Dec Samsung s21 series will receive the stable update

Yes , received the stable update. I was beta tester, recieved an update couple of days ago saying beta is no closed and the final update is fix for all issues .
That i believe is the version which would be released soon for non beta testers
