UAE bought s9plus not getting any update

I bought my s9 plus in UAE and i am currently using it in India from june and i got the august security patch update in later august and no update till the date where as my friend use an s9 plus he got september and october security patch update where i am stuck with the august security patch update..And why i am not getting any updates?? Any solutions

i have contacted them they are saying to bring the phone to samsung UAE but i am currently in india
