In my new Galaxy S10 lite, the Samsung provided Type-C earphne is not detecting and throwing an error as "Security policy prevents the use of USB host storage" !

go to settings >apps>click on 3DOT at right corner >click on show system app >search for "usb settings " click on it >storage >clear cache and data then restart your device and then try

if possible check any other type c earphone if worked then problem with your existing headphones
if others too not work then problem with your port.
so in this case you should visit service centre

Bro, security policy prevents error..comes because if unknown applications..like do you have any microsoft account..like outlook..if do then remove it for once and try again
