To Samsung and the loyal fanbase

At this point of time, Samsung is ahead of Apple in terms of their software, designs of their devices and aesthetics. I have both pro max and Ultra. Before One Ui 7, i used to give upper hand to Apple because of their software which is very smooth, subtle and rich. But now Samsung has moved past Apple in terms of their software which is One Ui 7 which is even more smoother, rich and subtle to use. I thank Samsung for that. User experience is very important and i am glad Samsung is focusing on that now. Now after going deep as to why i still use Apple and one major thing came to my mind is because of their Apple music which is simply the GOAT. Their Apple music is literally unmatched in terms of music quality, super wide range of collection, spatial audio etc. Now next thing i would love from Samsung is an upgraded Samsung music just like what they did with One Ui 7. Even better than Apple. And if they are successful with that then i can easily forget Apple and switch permanently to Samsung. Music is a major part of everybody’s life and Apple with their Apple music, quality of Airpods pro 2 with spatial audio are stealing the show. So i request Samsung to please step up their game of user experience with Samsung music.

And before calling me a bootlicker, try to look at my past posts. You would know that even i criticized Samsung for their delayed One UI in multiple posts. But that doesn't mean i will keep on criticizing Samsung even where they have done a great job. Try to widen your perspective please

I am using my Oppo n3 flip amd nothing device. Also, my iPhone 15 sometimes ,don't take me wrong, but Chinese phones are way ahead in terms of software quality. I am using it you can try yourself first before praising Samsung unethical business.

Ok. Fair enough. I agree that chinese companies are doing great job lately. Specially Oppo, Vivo with their flagship devices. I totally agree. But i find Apple and Samsung much reliable in terms of security, consistency, brand value etc. For example - these days a 15-20 lac car is giving features, performance of a 50-60 lac BMW, Merc, Audi etc. But what seperates BMW, merc, Audi with companies like Kia, Tata, Mahindra etc is brand value, security, consistency etc.

Don't compare cars to mobile phones. I agree Apple is totally different, especially the MacBook; it has no competition. But this is my fourth and last Scamsung device if I face the same update delay issue again.

Why not compare? Each and every company in this world operates on same fundamentals. Every company wants to make maximum profits, every company wants to strengthen their brand value. When a company reaches their pinaccle, they want to operate like BMW, Merc, Apple, Samsung etc. Which is obtaining maximum profits from their products and maintaing their brand image. Samsung and Apple have worked really hard to reach the pinaccle of their game. Just like BMW, Merc has done in their respective fields. But the fundamental stays the same for any company in this world. Do you really think that if one day Oppo, Vivo or Oneplus reaches the pinaccle of their game, they are gonna provide you with the same services like they are doing now. No. They will also use their advantage being at the top. Every company does

I don't know why some say these One UI 7 features are already present in Oppo and Xiaomi, and nothing new for Samsung. If there aren't any changes that appeal to you, why are they so angry about the new Android update, just to say they have the latest update? If you don't need those features, it should be less of an issue.

For me, its a huge and significant update coming from One UI 6 to One UI 7. Because what i always felt lacking in Samsung compared to Apple, Samsung has not only provided but also enhanced it better than Apple.

It is worth considering whether users would be willing to wait for a substantial, high-quality update that includes significant UI and underlying improvements. I'm not proposing a specific timeline, but would users grant Samsung that flexibility? If user patience is limited, the company might instead release smaller updates that focus solely on Android version upgrades. Otherwise, what is the rationale for including the latest APIs, drivers, UI, and AI features?

If the priority is simply being first to release updates, then incremental upgrades, which involve replicating existing UI code and incorporating only new Android version features into the current One UI, might be a more efficient approach.

Very well said. This One UI release showed that people can be satisfied with quick smaller updates than a significant incremental update which would take some more time. One UI 7 is definitely an incremental major update. After getting it released and experiencing its major enhanced user experience, if people are still complaining its delay then its unfortunate. Even i was complaining about One UI 7 delay few weeks ago if you check my posts. But after getting it released and experiencing it, all my complaints vanished away and i specially thanked Samsung for this update. That's the difference.
