To Samsung and the loyal fanbase

At this point of time, Samsung is ahead of Apple in terms of their software, designs of their devices and aesthetics. I have both pro max and Ultra. Before One Ui 7, i used to give upper hand to Apple because of their software which is very smooth, subtle and rich. But now Samsung has moved past Apple in terms of their software which is One Ui 7 which is even more smoother, rich and subtle to use. I thank Samsung for that. User experience is very important and i am glad Samsung is focusing on that now. Now after going deep as to why i still use Apple and one major thing came to my mind is because of their Apple music which is simply the GOAT. Their Apple music is literally unmatched in terms of music quality, super wide range of collection, spatial audio etc. Now next thing i would love from Samsung is an upgraded Samsung music just like what they did with One Ui 7. Even better than Apple. And if they are successful with that then i can easily forget Apple and switch permanently to Samsung. Music is a major part of everybody’s life and Apple with their Apple music, quality of Airpods pro 2 with spatial audio are stealing the show. So i request Samsung to please step up their game of user experience with Samsung music.

Even i criticized Samsung for their delayed One Ui 7. I get that it was quite frustrating. But now it's live you can see an feel a huge improvement in user experience. It's super smooth, rich and subtle to use. As a both iOS and One UI user, i can say One Ui is better, more customizable and rich. It's buttery smooth. Something Apple is known for years. Their smooth software experience. Yes Samsung has taken it's time. But if you see the end result, it' highly satisfying for the customers. And regarding the green line pink line issues, users must take precautions carefully before updating the softwares which are mentioned at various platforms. Heating of the device during the update is what causes these kind of issues. Precautions were mentioned in many videos and platforms to update the devices in a cool environment and even let the device cool off before installing the update. These are the kind of information users must be aware of. At the end its our responsibility to take care of our devices. You can't put each and every blame on the company. Even Apple damaged the headsets of their iphones after an update few years back. And it still has a lot of bugs in their software. I am using iOS 18.4.1 and it has quite a few bugs. Every company has and they keep on working on it to fix it in the next update. But users need to be aware and informative too

Crying for what? My 2-year-old Oppo N3 Flip, even the Nothing Phone, got Android 15 ages ago. What features are you dancing about that Xiaomi and Vivo gave years ago?

You are focusing more on the timing of the software rather than the quality of the software. Try to use all these softwares simultaneously besides One Ui 7, you will feel the difference. Quality takes time.

Because of bootlickers like you, Apple and Samsung are engaging in what we call shady business practices and scams under the guise of bug fixes.

Do you really think making a good quality software is easy? It takes huge efforts, time, consistency to get the desired results. It's so easy for you to say they are engaging in shady practises. What about Oneplus? Didn't their device get green line pink line issues. You think producing bug free softwares is an easy job which is not. If you would have focused on the end product you would have know how great job Samsung has really done

Five years no question ask screen replacement from oneplus whereas Samsung S23 series users are facing this issue, and there is no support from the service center.
