Beta versions are suppose to have bugs! No one waiting for beta expect a completely finished software update, Samsung claiming to wait for a finished update, then they could just wait and release the final version.. Why bother announcement of a beta version for yours to experience? And after beta testers experience the update only they will know the flaws..
