Theme is not changing Quick Panel's color accordingly

Hello everyone, I have just bought s21fe and I don't have any experience with One UI perviously. While I was changing my my UI by installing a theme from galaxy theme store, every item is changing accordingly except quick panel. Is it an One UI bug or I haven't done something?

Are you using dark mode? Turn off this mode and try again

Also use finelock app for more customisation, install Quickstar inside Fine lock app .
Try other apps inside finelock app ,you will enjoy.
Don't worry of any viruses it's an alternative app to Goodlock app by samsung itself
