Over the past two to three days, I have noticed that my phone becomes noticeably warm when in use, even for short periods such as watching a five-minute video. Additionally, I acknowledge that I have allowed my phone's battery to deplete below 20% on multiple occasions, approximately six to seven times. Furthermore, I have connected the charger when the battery level was critically low, ranging from 14% to 10%. I suspect that these factors may have contributed to a potential defect in my phone's battery. Moreover, I have observed a rapid decline in the charging efficiency of my device. I would appreciate your assistance in addressing these issues. Kindly advise on the appropriate course of action. For context, I have installed numerous applications on my phone.
