I have used temporary back up option from samsung and formatted my phone but I did not back up my chat history to Google drive. All the chats were important and I need them back, Please suggest.
Chat backup is a rule of thumb before a factory reset. Chats once lost can't be recovered back. Enable backup in WhatsApp chat to save such an agony in future.
