Notes is not fully ASCII code compliant which causes this.

Inserting tables on Samsung Notes can be a bit tricky, but there are a few workarounds:
Method 1: Using Google Docs or Microsoft Word
1. Create a table in Google Docs or Microsoft Word on your device.
2. Copy the table.
3. Open Samsung Notes and create a new note or edit an existing one.
4. Tap on the text area where you want to insert the table.
5. Paste the table.
Method 2: Using a Third-Party App
1. Download and install a third-party note-taking app that supports tables, such as Evernote, OneNote, or Simplenote.
2. Create a table in the third-party app.
3. Copy the table.
4. Open Samsung Notes and create a new note or edit an existing one.
5. Tap on the text area where you want to insert the table.
6. Paste the table.
While these workarounds can help you insert tables into Samsung Notes, it's still a feature that many users would like to see implemented natively in the app.

But when you try to paste a table it only paste text part not the complete table.
I already tried with all above apps.
