We acknowledge your query we would request you to please follow the basic steps to overcome the issue.
1.Request you to check other headphones with the same device or the same headphones with another device to verify.
2. Kindly check the device once after clearing the YouTube application data.
Path: - Settings > Apps > Youtube > Storage > Clear Data''.
3. Kindly check the device once after updating the Youtube application.(If update available)
4. Kindly uninstall the YouTube application and reinstall the app.
5. Check in safe mode
Press and hold the Power key, when the Power off icon appears.
Press and hold the power off icon.
Restart the device to exit safe mode
6. Reset the device
Go to settings>General Management>Reset
In case the issue still occurs. Please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link:
