Dear Samsung,

Greetings from India – you know, that tiny little country with just a few smartphone users (give or take a billion). I hope this letter finds you well... unlike my phone, which is currently stuck on One UI 6.1 like it’s a vintage artifact from a tech museum.

But hey, just checking – did India get accidentally hidden under the “Others” tab on your update map? Or did someone misplace our update in the same drawer where old Galaxy Note styluses go to die?

We’ve been checking for updates more frequently than boomers check WhatsApp forwards. “Your software is up to date” is starting to feel like a personal attack at this point.

Anyway, no rush. It's not like we're out here with flagship phones that cost a kidney and half a soul. We’re just patiently waiting, totally not considering switching brands or anything drastic like… buying an iPhone (we still have our dignity, after all).

So, whenever you’re done updating the squirrels in Canada and the dolphins in New Zealand, we’d love a little OTA love here in India.
