System 105 GB means. Phone system used some memory for running software and applications. Its reserved memory for phone software.

Sir that are temp files which are of your applications installed. It helps your phone to load data faster. No need to worry on that if your phone get out of storage temp files will be automatically deleted.

Larger the storage size the larger system storage it will take.And you can't clear it.

Try to disable RAM Plus and check  again.
