Hello,
I'm currently using a second-hand AT&T Galaxy S23 (8/128) in Bangladesh. I’ve noticed that I haven’t received any software updates yet. I contacted Samsung USA Support, and they informed me that since this is a US model, they are unable to assist with NON-US devices.
Additionally, my phone often becomes slow during regular use, and I have to restart it for the performance to return to normal.
Could you please let me know if this US model is eligible for software updates in Bangladesh and advise me on how to address the performance issues?
