Every year Samsung drops a new flagship. It always prioritizes the newer version for update facilities, it's acceptable. But the older version should also be treated as if they were. Just don't forget it was the flagship of that year. Though most of the people doesn't pay attention to the updates, but things aren't same for everyone. Seeing one ui 7 on s25 and s24 series it's quite hurtful for a s23 series user. You want to give special things to the latest series ; you are appreciated; go on. But don't just discriminate among previous flagships. If you do so I am sure this won't take long for people to change their phone brand. Take love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩

Cant we sue samsung for scaming users. They promise 7 years of update and cant deliever one update on time. What is the point of 7 years of update if you dont get it in time, its not delayed for days or weeks its been 4 months since release of one ui in s25 series. On contrast apple release all updates on their device at same time, even to their 3 or 4 years old devices.
Their major defense, is that they have lots of phone to work on, what is the point of releasing 50 new series of phones, if you cant keep up even with your most flagship last year phone. We should try to do something on this matter.
