Initially, I encountered a green line issue on my device after the August update, and when I approached the service center, they refused to repair it. This situation left me quite frustrated, as I had always trusted Samsung for its quality and service. However, I didn't lose hope and decided to reach out to Samsung India directly through email to address my concerns.

The service center, with your support, replaced the display, and my Samsung S21 Ultra is now working flawlessly. But i am still strugling with network issue after samsung update

May be next update fix this issue because there was a couple having same kind of network issue where there isn't any network in side room or corner but if that Sim placed or put into other device it's worked perfectly then agent update it with some kind of software in his pc and then phone worked perfectly

As i am US returned i purchased s21 from.there and here after update showing no network i visited to samsung service center they even dint touched my phone and saying even its in waranty it will be treated as out of waranty also since this is US model with snapdragon they mentioned we cant do any thing you need to check with samsung US service center. Its a real pain.

I tried same sim another phone its working fine even same sim was working since three months suddenly an update came and situation is worse changed career provider even still same condition but getting good signal in my iPhone, my phone is working fine in 5G network area but if its lower band area its showing no network.
