I have encountered a recurring issue while using my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE when scrolling through various apps like YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter. The problem is particularly noticeable when the display is set to the 120Hz refresh rate. While scrolling, there are frequent and distracting stutters that disrupt the smoothness of the scrolling experience.

These stutters make it challenging to navigate through content seamlessly, affecting the overall usability of the device. I have ensured that all apps are up-to-date and have even tried restarting the phone, but the issue persists.

Hi, I was facing same issue. I wiped my cache partition day before yesterday and the issue is gone.

1. Connect phone to laptop via USB (just needs to be connected and laptop needs to be on, no other use of laptop)
2. Turn off your phone
3. Press power and volume up button together till Samsung logo appears, release once logo appears
4. You will get a list of options, navigate using volume keys to wipe cache partition
5. Select it using power key
6. Navigate to 'yes' with power keys and select with power key
7. Select yes on reboot / start phone

Done. Your issue should be resolved.
Wiping cache partition does not delete any data or affect any apps. You can google the steps and everything before doing.

The system cache partition stores temporary system data. It's supposed to allow the system to access apps more quickly and efficiently, but sometimes things get cluttered and outdated, so a periodic cache clearing can help make the system run more smoothly. This procedure clears temporary files from your phone's operating system and cleans up any residual files from apps you have uninstalled, to help your phone run smoothly

Even clearing the cache partition, the issue still persists. I think everyone is experiencing lag and no one raised it to Samsung. It must be fixed via update only, which Samsung will never release, since they don't know the problem persists
