How can clear the Other storage in files.

That's combination of many files

Clear my files/gallery recycle bin

Clear cache/data of apps

Delete temp files from internal storage(my files)

Clear out duplicate pics/files

Perform wipe cache partition

And at last it also contains secure folder data

It will be best if you back up your personal datas and go for factory data reset
