Storage issue

Apparently, it appears that all the storage space of my phone is not at all accounted for.

My S6 Edge has storage of 64 GB, assuming that only around 55 GB of storage is available to the user(as the remaining is used by the system for stuff like indexing and others), after calculating all my data, it is only accounted for 40GB. This includes all the hidden system files as well as the thumbnails apart from every folder on the disk available to the user. Now where is the remaining 15 GB? #Shocker!!!!!!

I have installed external disk management apps like MemoryMap, ESFileExplorer and also checked SmartManager as well. There is no clue.

Any ideas people?

Bhai 64 gb mai pura nhi milata approx 61.5 gb he milta hai us mai se kuch storage internal softwares k liy hota hai.

bro mere s8+ me to 60.89gb mila hai

in my s8+ after factory reset I checked it was around 52gb and after updating inbuilt apps it's got reduced to 49.6gb remaining out of 64gb.
