Still No One UI 7 in Qatar? Bravo, Samsung!

Wow, it’s April 11, and Samsung still hasn’t managed to bless Qatar (or most of the Middle East) with One UI 7. Honestly, I’m impressed. It takes a special kind of skill to delay a software update this long in 2025.

Meanwhile, users in other regions are already bored of Android 14, and we’re over here in Qatar playing the waiting game like it’s some exclusive VIP event. Maybe we missed the golden invitation?

What’s the excuse this time? Translation issues? Solar flares? Or is it just the usual “Middle East isn’t a priority” strategy?

It’s good to know that when we pay top dollar for flagship devices, we’re also paying for the privilege of being second-class customers. Slow updates, zero communication, and a whole lot of silence — classic Samsung excellence!

Take your time, Samsung. We’re just here, waiting... like it's 1999.

Sales of the S25 phone are lower than expected, and the delay is intended to boost its sales.
The delay is deliberate from a company of this size.
Updating the S24 phone to the latest version will bring all the new phone’s features to it.

They need too many times takes to design and invent new camera and message icons. The original android software google already made and given that updates on their google phones. This same software is used here also, but samsung is giving us a new one ui7 name and new menu icons !
These kind of hard innovation takes more time and updates delays

Samsung is a very empty and terrible company, most people use Android 16, we are still waiting for 15, Samsung is finished from now on

Could you please tell me when I might expect the One UI 7 update for the S23 Ultra in the UAE?
