Galaxy SYou talk about “deep roots” as if blind allegiance is a virtue. Here’s reality: True loyalty isn’t silence. It’s holding a brand accountable *because* you care. Those “leaves” you’re so quick to trash? They’re the ones giving feedback that *drives improvement*. Without them, your precious “tree” would stagnate—no innovation, no growth, just complacent rot. Samsung doesn’t thrive by ignoring users; and not giving them what they promised just to inforce them to buy Samsung's new brand! it thrives by listening to them.
And spare us the elitist nonsense about who “truly understands” Samsung’s value. Newsflash: Passion isn’t measured by how quietly you swallow delays or excuses. It’s measured by wanting the brand to be *the best it can be*. Dismissing concerns as “noise” doesn’t make you a hero—it makes you part of the problem.
So here’s your lesson in respect: Communities grow when we lift each other up, not when we talk down to people for daring to care. Samsung’s success isn’t *despite* criticism—it’s because of it. Next time, check the superiority complex and try listening. You might learn something.
