Stickers while calling

Yesterday I updated my dad's Galaxy A9 pro to android 7 nougat. Now while calling him I get an option to use these stickers and if I select one, it pops up on his phone when the phone rings. Is this feature restricted to only Samsung nougat devices?

Sorry forgot to mention 😂 Upgraded dad's A9 pro to nougat. I have an S8 and now we both are getting these stickers while calling each other. I'm not getting the stickers while calling anyone else.

No didn't receive any update. I figured it out, if you and the person you are calling both have galaxy devices with nougat update and if you have profiles set up in the default Samsung Contacts app then only it works. Try it.
