In split screen mode if the lower app is closed by extending the split line down to the bottom, the system becomes unresponsive.

go to settings >general Management >reset>reset settings, reset accessibility settings, restart your device then try and check

>>Check device cache: Settings>Device care>Storage>Clean now.
For a particular application: Settings>Apps>Pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage>Clear Cache.
