Samsung, how hard is it to get rid of spammers on this platform? You preach Knox and all the other security features but you cannot get rid of the spammers that have been plaguing the members App for years.
He is not complaining about his device. He is unhappy because of the spam on this app. He uses Knox as an example that Samsung promotes as being so secure, but they can't keep spam bots from an app.
I will have 2 children using smart devices and Apples community, which doesn't allow any of this on their members app. That's why people choose Apple. All our devices are currently Samsung, and this app plays a big role when owning a Samsung device.
All valid hey, it's not a safe space for anyone using the platform on all levels, if someone clicks on a link the risks are high, not to mention the safety of all, most especially kids whom all have members apps active, it's not something that a parent would block, or even think about, yet it contains graphic content unrestricted, not to mention is the central diagnostics platform which is a fundamental tool.
Will keep trying, I've emailed alot of the team members at Samsung, but alas.....
It's a disgrace, having your internal platform comprised, makes you wonder how safe your phone really is, in terms of security. I must admit that's where Apple leads the game.
Still love my Samsung, so will just suffer it through...
