I bought my phone three years ago and its due for upgrade, but i can not upgrade to any samsung phones because samsung doesn't take our concerns serious. We have complained about various issue on this platform I.e our region being neglected when it comes to software update and failing to address a simple issue (spams) on samsung member. How can i continue to support a company that showa me a middle finger when it comes to services.
