Have you tried pressing the volume up button a few times?
It's located above the power button
But if that doesn't work then check your speakers maybe they have been filled with pocket lint🤪

I have the same issue with my galaxy A13 and its intresting to note its not just a problem my budget phone has...cause i like literally need to use a third party app to boost the volume on my music cause without it its verry low sound.I dont know what went wrong with these Samsung phones

Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps
