when will samsung release its binary update for j5 for clearing the defect of non functioning of Wi-Fi after update to marshmallow. kindly inform the probable date of update release please.
Hi, Issue may be occur due to 3rd party app.So turn off your phone and then hold the Power button. When you see a logo appears on the screen, press the Volume Down button, and do not let it go until the lock screen appears. If it worked, “Safe mode” will appear in the lower left corner. If the issue not happening in Safe Mode, then one of the 3rd Party application which is installed in the device is the reason. If wifi is working fine in safe mode then uninstall the unwanted 3rd party app. Restart the phone to disable safe mode.
If problem persist in safe mode as well, kindly provide the logs.
