Dear Kapil,
Thanks for being part of this community.☺
Here is a list typical reason for software lagging
(1)Too many things running- Too many apps open in phone
(2)Heavy Gaming
(3)Heavy Streaming-playing heavy media for very long hours
(4)Outdated software
(5)No rest -using phone for a long period of time
If the internal memory is running out , then performance of the phone can get degraded. There are some tips to free the internal memory.
(1)Save photos and videos to EXTERNAL SD card by default rather than internal storage.
(2)Clean the cache files [Settings > Storage > Tap on Cached Data > Yes]. You can use the Smart Manager application. There are few 3rd party utilities which is freely available from Playstore like Clean Master which you can install.
(3)Uninstall apps you do not use
Better make use of your External SD card. Do you know that your On5 supports 128GB SD Card ? You can even move some of your 3rd party games/applications to SD Card
For this please follow these steps. Settings > Applications > Application Manager > Select which app to be moved > MOVE TO SD CARD
This will free the internal memory. :)
Always recommend to use updated software.
regards,
Ram
